Scrapbook Club in March–Brushed

Well, I don’t know where you live or what your weather is like, but it’s cold here.  The forecast for Sunday is 24 degrees.  I have just one word – burrrrrr! In spite of the cold weather let’s turn our thoughts to warmer times just around the corner. Spring is in the air for my March Scrapbook Club because we are using the Brushed paper collection . For those of you who haven’t met me or been to my studio, these colors are ME (and match my studio perfectly). This first layout was designed by CTMH as part of the Brushed Workshop on the Go Kit.  This workshop uses the Artbooking Cricut Collection and there is one technique that I found really interesting.  You cut an overlay with the cricut cartridge from white (or any color) cardstock then just place it on your base page and lightly sponge various colors of ink in the negative space.
