Scrapbook Club in May–La Vie En Rose

“La Vie En Rose” = Life in Pink!  These scrapbook pages are definitely “la vie en rose”. We will make 4 12”x12” pages at my May Scrapbook Club. These pages were created by Close To My Heart with the La Vie En Rose Scrapbooking Workshops On The Go Kit . This kit comes with the La Vie En Rose Workshop kit stamp set , Gold Foil Tape , and the La Vie En Rose assortment.   Many of the images in the stamp set can be cut on the Cricut Artistry cartridge . This page also features a lot of the stamped images (the title, arrow, dot border, and accent pieces). In addition to the Gold Foil Tape and the La Vie En Rose assortment , I also added embellishments from the La Vie En Rose Complements , Treasured Puffies, Black Shimmer Trim, Pink Enamel Dots, and some Black and Gold Ribbon. Would you like to create these pages? Then join us at one of the following dates or buy a kit and I’ll give you my instructions. Come and create with us! Sunday, May 15 at 2pm Thursday, May 19 at 6

Scrapbook Club - Georgie and Urban

Scrapbook Club in January will feature 2 collections.  That’s right – you have choices.  You can choose to use just 1 collection and make 4-12x12 pages or you can create 8-12x12 pages using 2 different paper collections. Here’s how it works!  I use the same pattern for pages 1&2 of each collection.  This way you can cut 2 pieces of paper at the exact same time.  Score!!!  Double the finished projects with only 1/2 of the work. I decided not to use the Workshop on the Go kit stamp set for this page as it has a very big focus on “baby”.  I wanted to showcase that the Georgie paper collection does not have to be used for only baby pages.  So I chose the #makesmehappy Hostess Stamp Set to add my title and some accents. This stamp set is a perfect addition to your basic scrapbooking stamps. In addition to the embellishments that come in the Workshop on the Go kit I also added the Whisper Twine (that comes in the Urban Workshops on the Go Kit ) and used the M

December Scrapbook Club–White Pines

Who wants to create their Christmas layouts BEFORE the holiday even gets here?  Me too!!  That way all I have to do is print pictures and adhere them to my layouts.  Voila, memories preserved! This year’s Christmas collection is called White Pines and that’s the collection we will be using for my December Scrapbook Club classes. After using the Gold Glitter Papers for my Christmas cards I new I wanted to add some sparkle to these pages as well.  It won’t be quite as sparkly once you get your photos on there.  The sparkle will just be a photo mat. As you can see these pages will feature some cuts from the new Cricut Artistry collection .   The stamp set that comes in the Workshop on the Go kit will be a nice addition to your collection of Christmas stamps. My favorites were the holly leaves and berries.  Not only does the stamp set feature Christmas images (trees, holly leaves, etc.), but there are also snowflakes and every day sentiments. In addition to the embellishments

Scrapbook Club–Zoe

Today’s your chance to get a glimpse at one of the newest collections from the upcoming 2015-2016 Annual Inspirations Idea Book, Zoe . We will be making these pages at my monthly Scrapbook Club in September. This page was designed by CTMH for the Workshop on the Go Kit.   These word bubbles are from the new Cricut Artistry collection. This title was stamped with the Zoe Workshop on the Go stamp set.  The “you are my” and the “SUNSHINE” are separate stamps so they could easily be used for other projects. This second layout features some of the more feminine papers, but this collection can easily work for boys and girls. I added some of the kraft pieces from the Zoe Complements.   There are so many pieces in the Zoe Complements and even after making 10 pages, I still had leftovers. So who wants to join us in making the 4 pages shown above at my September Scrapbook Club?   Come and create with us! Thursday, September 10 at 6:30pm Sunday, September 20 at 2pm   Cost st
