Have you seen the new paper packs yet (Charlotte, Penelope, and Regatta)? They are slightly different from the previous packs. They now contain 11 different patterns, 1 is a Picture My Life (PML) page of cards that are ready to be cut up. So there are 12 sheets total, 1 is the PML page, and the others are different patterns front & back. The pack contains 2 of each sheet of paper.
So I decided to challenge myself and see how many cards I could create with 1 of each sheet of paper. The answer – a whole LOT.
So on February 25th we will create 3 of each of the 5 cards pictured above. That’s 15 using 1/2 of the Penelope Paper Pack (X7207B).
PLUS, 1 of each of these 4 cards using the PML cards from the PML sheet of paper.
These cards were so quick to put together with little to no stamping and just a simple embellishment.
Now back to the first 5 designs.
This card uses the February Stamp of the Month, Balloon Animals. How cute are they?
This card is probably my favorite. I just love this stamp set, Rejoice (A1184), and of course it’s perfect to celebrate the Easter season.
This card (or cards) features the stamp set called Animal Greetings (D1679) that benefits Operation Smile. Every $7 from the purchase of this stamp set goes directly to Operation Smile.
These last 2 cards use some of our new Thin Cuts, Spring Critters. Each set of thin cuts pairs perfectly with a stamp set. I couldn’t decide between the bird or the bunny so I did one of each.
This last card is another one of my favorites. I recreated it for my nephew’s 1st birthday.
So have you been counting? That’s a total of 19 cards using 1/2 of the Penelope paper pack (and I still had some paper leftover).
Want to join us? If you aren't local or can't come to the class, I can mail you a kit that will include my cutting diagrams, instructions, and pictures. If you would like me to cut and stamp your kit please add $8.
So who wants to join in the fun?
