Mother/Daughter Mini Album Class

I am so excited to offer a Mother/Daughter class in which we will create this Mini Album.

We will use the Instalife product line.

You can choose your album from either of these designs.

Then simply bring 20-40 photos ranging in sizes from 4”x4” to 2”x2” or even 4”x8”.

We’ll add the Colorful Me Cards to tell the story of your photos. For my album I chose the Teal design with the heart and included photos from the Team Builders event that I was priviledged to attend last January in Salt Lake City, UT.

Back to the album….The 2”x2” mini protectors are great for including those instagram photos or cute faces.

I also printed some photos at 4”x8” and cut them in half to span across both 4”x4” pages.

You can also print pictures 2”x4” (or 3”x4” and cut off some) then cut them in half to work in the 2”x2” mini protectors.

I am considering holding this class on the following dates so if you are interested let me know what date works best for you.

Sunday, July 31 from 2-4pm

Monday, August 1 (anytime)

Thursday, August 4 (anytime)

Cost is $30 and includes the album, Colorful Me cards, and 20 mini protectors.

June Card Club–Sympathy and Get Well

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! I hope you are taking some time this weekend to thank those that have fought for our freedom and remember those that lost their lives defending this country. This weekend is so much more than bright sunny days, grilling food, and spending time with family. I hope you enjoy every aspect of it. Perhaps these cards can also brighten your day. These are the cards that we will create at my June Card Club on Thursday, June 30 from 6:30-9:30pm . Per requests from my regular attendees, I chose to focus on sympathy and get well cards. This card features a retired stamp set, Kiss It Better , but I really wanted to use it. I love how the band-aids act as closures to the ripped card front. This card is much easier than it looks. June Stamp of the Month Blog Hop–Ice Cream Dream

Yeah! I am finally getting a chance to participate in another blog hop. We have 50 Close to My Heart Consultants participating in this month’s Stamp of the Month Blog Hop . I chose to make a card with this stamp because I thought it would be perfect for a birthday! I chose a pattern from our How-To-Book, Wishes: Simple Side View . I love the cut-out on the front of the card to reveal a little bit of what is inside.
