Card Club in November–One Sheet Wonder

Well, I’ve got another Card Class for you today. I decided to implement the concept of “one sheet wonder”. I got information from this blog including a cutting diagram and card templates.

I chose to use a sheet from the City Sidewalks paper pack. By customer request I choose to make some Thank You, Birthday, and Sympathy cards along with a few more Christmas.

Thursday, November 17 from 6:30-9:30pm

We will make 14 different cards (1 each of 14 different styles). That’s right – no repeats this month. The sentiments of each card can be easily changed to something you need.

So, would you like to join us? If you aren't local or can't come to the class, I can mail you a kit that will include my cutting diagrams, instructions, and pictures. Pre-stamped kits are not available this month.

If you can't make it to the workshop, I can put a kit together for you. Add $5 if you need it shipped and $5 if you want it cut (I’ll let you stamp your own sentiments)

June Card Club–Sympathy and Get Well

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! I hope you are taking some time this weekend to thank those that have fought for our freedom and remember those that lost their lives defending this country. This weekend is so much more than bright sunny days, grilling food, and spending time with family. I hope you enjoy every aspect of it. Perhaps these cards can also brighten your day. This card features a retired stamp set, Kiss It Better , but I really wanted to use it. I love how the band-aids act as closures to the ripped card front. This card is much easier than it looks. June Stamp of the Month Blog Hop–Ice Cream Dream

Yeah! I am finally getting a chance to participate in another blog hop. We have 50 Close to My Heart Consultants participating in this month’s Stamp of the Month Blog Hop .
