Scrapbook Club in May–Blossom

I think Spring is finally here!  Thank goodness, because I’m tired of being cold.

Today I am here to share one of the newest collections in the Seasonal Expressions 2 Idea Book, Blossom.  This is also the collection that we will be using for our May Scrapbook Club classes.

This first layout that I created is a pattern from the How-To-Book Magic, Hocus Pocus. 

I love this filmstrip technique, which I intend to add a pull tab to the end of the strip.  All of the instructions are detailed in the book, Magic.  Or you can attend my classes in May to create the same layout.

I embellished with the Blossom Complements and Blossom Assortment.

This next layout was designed by Close To My Heart, but the pictures on the right page were only supposed to be 2”x2” and I made them 3” x 3”.

This layout was perfect to do some embossing with the Scallop Embossing Folder (Z3021).

I finished off both pages with one of our newest rolls of washi tape, the Carnival Washi Tape Pack (Z3067).

Remember you too can create both of these layouts at next month’s Scrapbook Club.  If you aren’t local, I can put together a kit for you with all of the products as well as cutting diagrams and instructions.
